Sono una di quelle persone che tendenzialmente accumula roba con la prospettiva di utilizzarla in un momento successivo. Guardando casa mia e soprattutto la mia soffitta, mi sono reso conto di quanto questo sia vero ed assurdo. Più che assurdo, trovo questo comportamento perfettamente allineato alla mia tendenza a non voler riconoscere quello che posso fare in termini di tempo e di energie. Figlio stolto del mio tempo, mi faccio coinvolgere, suggestionare ed entusiasmare da tutte le varie stimolazioni ricevute dall'esterno. A cominciare dalla pubblicità, dalla frequentazione dei centri commerciali, dalla seducente disposizione delle merci di questi ultimi e dal sapiente lavoro degli addetti al marketing per i quali costituisco il target ottimale. Voglio poter fare tutto e possibilmente subito. Tutto ciò mi ha condotto, nel corso del tempo, ad accantonare varie cose acquistate con la vana speranza di poter intraprendere quel determinato percorso (ogni volta differente) che il possesso della cosa sembrava rendere possibile (almeno in potenziale).
Qualcosa del tipo: se già la possiedo, utilizzarla per quel determinato percorso sarà più facile.
Guardando le varie cose accumulate e ritornando con la mente ai pensieri fatti al momento della scelta, è questo il motivo principale di molti miei acquisti. Il fatto che, a distanza di mesi e ancor più di anni, io non abbia realizzato quel determinato percorso perchè semplicemente avevo sopravvalutato le mie energie, il tempo a mia disposizione, i costi accessori legati all'assiduità necessaria alla prosecuzione del percorso, mi fa capire quanto sprovveduto e stolto io sia stato e continui ad essere.
